| Urethane Foam We have extensive experience fabricating urethane foam for many
industries. Urethane foams are open cell lightweight materials that have many automotive,
commercial and industrial uses. These foams are available in two primary types: polyether
and polyester. They also come in a variety of densities, beginning with 1.2 lbs/ft.3.
Polyurethane foams are manufactured through a chemical process combining polyols and
isocyanates. During the foaming process, additives can be included to improve moisture
resistance, flame retardance, weatherability and acoustical performance.
Common Applications:
- HVAC/Air Handling System Seals
& Thermal Insulation
- Vibration Isolators for Interior Automotive Components
- Protective Wraps for Wire Harnesses
- Cushioning of Various Parts
Available Sizes:
Thickness: 2mm - 100mm
Width: 2mm - 1050mm
Length: 2mm - 50M |
